I’m looking for a HIGH ENERGY, POSITIVE and PASSIONATE personal trainer/group fitness instructor who’s ready to have fun and help get people in the best shape of their lives!

I have locations in Rockford and Roscoe with a built in clientele that is rapidly growing. (Although if you have clients to bring with you this could be worked out).

If you’re an enthusiastic and positive person who loves to help people change their lives then this may be the position for you!

But I am NOT looking for a “Drill Instructor.” Our family at Maximum Performance deserve to be treated with dignity and respect! And so the person whom I hire should understand that different people have different levels of fitness and as such some people will need modifications and TONS of POSITIVE encouragement!

The pay is per session depending on your experience and length of employment with us, plus big bonuses for client retention, referrals and commissions.

The “right” trainer will be a person who understands Functional Training, H.I.I.T. training, and Tabatas and will be able to incorporate these aspects into any training session.

The “right” trainer will also have knowledge of Kettlebells, TRX, Battling Ropes, and other Functional Training equipment.

Must have a flexible schedule (morning sessions, pm sessions) no personal drama and no excuses.

Graduate from an accredited four (4) year program for Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech-Language Pathology required
